Mobile: After entering your shipping details, click through to the checkout payment page and add the code into the Discount Code box underneath your address.

Desktop/Tablet: Once on the checkout payment page, you will find a Discount Code box to enter the code on the right-hand side of the screen with the text ‘Add a discount code or a gift card’. Enter your code and click apply for the discount to automatically be applied to your order.

Once your order has been placed unfortunately we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order. But make sure you read any terms and conditions of the code.

We are afraid that only one promo code can be applied per order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add discount codes once you have placed your order and it has been finalised. However, if you had any problems adding your discount code at checkout please email us at helpdesk@tech21.com with screen shots of any error messages so we can investigate this for you
